Photographing a game of billiard is more difficult than you can imagine. Low light, no way to use flash effectively, the only fast lens I have has manual focus, balls are quite fast and even at 5fps it is still hard to catch the cue hitting the ball. So, a rack of balls waiting to be smashed will just have to do (for now:).
